Daryna works at the intersection of regulation, technology, and cross-border decision-making. Her work focuses on supporting individuals and businesses facing complex situations where legal, tax, and governance considerations overlap — and where fragmented advice often creates more risk than clarity.

Her academic background is rooted in law. She holds a Bachelor’s degree with Honours in Tax Law and a Master’s degree in Corporate Law, and is currently pursuing a PhD at University of Dundee, with research focused on the regulatory and evidentiary challenges arising from emerging technologies.

Daryna brings a structured, analytical approach to high-impact decisions. She works closely with clients to clarify options, assess risks, and coordinate input from legal, tax, and technical advisers — ensuring decisions are informed, coherent, and aligned with long-term objectives.

Opora was founded to address a growing gap in modern advisory work: the need for independent strategic judgement that sits between disciplines. Daryna’s role is not to replace regulated professionals, but to help clients think clearly before and across professional explanation — particularly in novel, cross-border, or fast-evolving contexts.
